COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS POLICY
Last updated: September 15, 2026
ORABIO LABS LLC (“Orabio Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of orabiolabs.com to do the same.
This policy explains our voluntary procedure for reporting and reviewing copyright concerns involving material available through our website.
1. Scope
This policy applies to copyright complaints concerning website content, including text, photographs, illustrations, documents, and user submissions.
It supplements our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. It does not limit any rights, defenses, remedies, or obligations under applicable law.
For order issues, payment disputes, privacy concerns, or complaints unrelated to copyright, contact support@orabiolabs.com and describe the relevant issue.
2. How to Report a Copyright Concern
If you own a copyright or are authorized to act for its owner and believe material on our website infringes that copyright, email support@orabiolabs.com.
Suggested subject line: Copyright Complaint – Orabio Labs
Please include:
- Your full name and, if applicable, the organization you represent.
- Your email address and other appropriate contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If several works are involved, provide a representative list.
- Identification of the material you are reporting, including specific page addresses and enough detail for us to locate it.
- An explanation of the alleged infringement and your ownership of, or authority to act concerning, the relevant rights.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use you are reporting is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement that the information you have provided is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Please consider whether the use is authorized by a license, permission, fair use, or another applicable legal exception before submitting a complaint.
Do not include passwords, payment-card information, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
3. Reviewing Complaints
We will review sufficiently detailed complaints promptly. If information is missing or unclear, we may contact you for clarification.
Depending on the circumstances, we may remove or restrict access to the disputed material, contact the person who supplied it, request supporting information, or determine that the complaint does not justify removal.
Removing material while a complaint is reviewed does not constitute a determination that infringement occurred or an admission of liability.
Where reasonably practicable, we will notify an affected user when their material is removed or restricted because of a copyright complaint.
4. Requesting Review of a Removal
If you believe your material was removed or restricted by mistake, contact support@orabiolabs.com.
Suggested subject line: Copyright Removal Review – Orabio Labs
Please provide:
- Your name and contact email.
- Identification of the affected material and its previous location.
- An explanation of why you believe the removal was mistaken.
- Any relevant evidence of ownership, authorization, licensing, or another lawful basis for the use.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will review your explanation and any relevant information from the complainant. We may restore material where appropriate, subject to applicable law, court orders, and independently applicable website rules.
This internal review procedure does not replace any statutory process or prevent either party from obtaining legal advice or pursuing available legal remedies.
5. Repeated Misuse and Abusive Complaints
We may restrict submission privileges or suspend or terminate accounts in appropriate circumstances involving repeated copyright infringement or serious misuse of our services.
We consider relevant evidence, explanations, and the outcome of disputed complaints. Receiving a complaint does not, by itself, establish infringement.
Do not use copyright complaints to suppress lawful criticism, honest reviews, or material you have no authority to challenge. Knowingly false complaints or fabricated supporting evidence may result in action under our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.
6. Handling Complaint Information
We may share relevant complaint or response information with the person who supplied the disputed material, the complainant, our service providers, or legal advisers when reasonably necessary to evaluate or resolve the issue.
We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or valid legal process. Complaint information is handled consistently with our Privacy Policy.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this policy as our procedures or legal requirements change. The latest revision date appears above.
Updates do not remove accrued rights or change obligations imposed by applicable law.
