COOKIE POLICY

Last updated: September 16, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how ORABIO LABS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating as Orabio Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies on orabiolabs.com (the “Site”), the purposes they serve, and how you can manage your choices.

This policy supplements our Privacy Policy, which explains our broader practices concerning the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information.

You can access our data-sharing opt-out page here: Your Privacy Choices — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They help websites maintain sessions, remember settings, and support online shopping.

Similar technologies include pixels, web beacons, local storage, and tracking tags. These technologies can collect or store information even without using a traditional cookie.

Information involved may include browser or device identifiers, IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP addresses, pages visited, interactions, timestamps, and preferences. Where this information identifies or can reasonably be linked to you, it is treated as personal information.

First-party cookies are placed under the website domain you visit. Third-party cookies are placed under another domain. A cookie’s classification as first-party or third-party does not, by itself, determine whether it is essential or requires consent.

2. Cookie Categories

The categories below describe the purposes of cookies and similar technologies. The providers and uses relevant to our Site are described in Section 3.

Essential Technologies

These support functions such as shopping carts, account authentication, transaction security, fraud prevention, and saving privacy choices. Blocking technologies needed for a requested service may prevent that service from working.

Functional Technologies

These remember optional settings or preferences to personalize your experience. Whether a particular preference technology is essential depends on whether it is necessary to provide a service you requested.

Analytics and Performance Technologies

These measure visits, navigation, engagement, and technical performance to help identify problems and improve the Site and our communications.

Advertising and Marketing Technologies

These support marketing measurement, personalized communications, or advertising. Depending on the service, information may be associated with a customer profile, disclosed to advertising partners, or linked with activity involving other websites or businesses.

A technology is not automatically essential simply because it supports analytics, marketing, or advertising. Optional tracking remains subject to applicable consent requirements and privacy choices.

3. Providers and Active Technologies

Shopify

Our online store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides technologies supporting storefront operation, cart and account functions, security, privacy preferences, and related services.

The information involved can include session and cookie identifiers, browser and device information, IP addresses, privacy settings, and interactions with the storefront.

The category and duration depend on the specific technology and its purpose. Technologies necessary for requested cart, account, security, or privacy functions are distinguished from optional analytics, personalization, and advertising technologies.

Shopify publishes information about its cookies, their purposes, and standard durations in its Cookie Policy. That information describes Shopify technologies generally; it does not mean that every cookie listed by Shopify operates on our Site.

Shopify Network Intelligence

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our store. It allows Shopify to use information from interactions with our store together with information from interactions with other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services, including service improvements, personalization, and advertising-related services.

These activities can involve online identifiers, device information, browsing activity, product interests, and related customer or transaction information where available. Information may be processed by Shopify and relevant third parties in other countries.

Advertising uses involving activity across businesses may constitute sharing or targeted advertising under applicable state privacy laws. The relevant choices are described in Sections 5 and 6.

For further information, review the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy. Shopify also provides a separate Privacy Portal for requests concerning processing for which Shopify is responsible.

Klaviyo Website Tracking

We use Klaviyo for website-visit tracking and to support our email and SMS communication programs. Website tracking can associate visits and related activity with an identified profile, subject to applicable privacy settings and consent requirements.

Klaviyo’s identification cookie, __kla_id, supports recognizing visitors and connecting recorded activity with a profile. Its published duration is up to two years, although browser restrictions, cookie deletion, and configuration can shorten that period.

The information involved can include cookie or profile identifiers, page visits, timestamps, and information connecting a visit with a subscription or message interaction. We use this information to understand engagement, segment our audience, and support relevant communications.

Klaviyo website tracking is treated as analytics or marketing rather than as a technology necessary to operate the shopping cart or provide basic Site access.

Further information is available in Klaviyo’s cookie documentation and the Klaviyo Privacy Policy.

Email and Message Engagement Tracking

We use Klaviyo and Shopify for email marketing, and Klaviyo for SMS. Email engagement tracking and marketing automations are enabled.

Marketing emails may contain embedded tracking images and tracked links. These can record delivery events, email opens where measurable, link clicks, identifiers, and timestamps. Email-provider privacy features can affect the accuracy of open measurements.

Where supported by the relevant integration and permitted by your choices, a message interaction can be associated with later Site activity. We use engagement information to measure communications, personalize follow-ups, and operate marketing automations. Purchase attribution applies when purchases occur.

Where an SMS contains a tracked link, clicking it may also generate engagement information. Receiving marketing texts requires the separate subscription described in our Privacy Policy; accepting cookies does not enroll you in SMS marketing.

Tracking images and link parameters do not necessarily have a browser-cookie expiration period. Retention of resulting engagement records is addressed in our Privacy Policy.

SMS opt-in records and consent information are not shared for purposes unrelated to providing the messaging program, honoring your choices, or a legally permitted nonmarketing purpose. The SMS protections in our Privacy Policy also apply to the practices described here.

Whop

Payments are facilitated through Whop and its payment partners. When you interact with a Whop payment interface, technologies supporting payment sessions, security, fraud prevention, and other functions of that interface may apply.

Whop’s own technologies, categories, durations, and privacy controls depend on the interface and services used. Our Site’s cookie controls do not necessarily control technologies on a separate Whop website or payment interface.

Review the Whop Privacy Policy for information about its processing and available choices.

Other Tracking Practices

We do not currently use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or Google Analytics on our Site. We do not use session replay tools to record visits or collect precise device location through our Site.

The absence of those tools does not mean that the Site operates without analytics or marketing tracking. Our Shopify and Klaviyo practices are described above.

4. How Long Technologies Remain Active

Session cookies generally expire when the browser session ends. Persistent cookies remain until their expiration date or until deleted. Browser settings and privacy protections may affect this behavior.

Shopify’s published cookie durations are available through the Cookie Policy linked in Section 3. Klaviyo’s published identification-cookie duration and relevant browser limitations are described in its cookie documentation.

Other storage technologies can remain until cleared and may not expire like cookies. Tracking pixels and tracked links can transmit information when content loads or a link is clicked without creating a persistent cookie.

The lifetime of a cookie is separate from the period for which information collected through it is retained. Deleting a cookie does not automatically delete information previously received by us or a provider.

Data retention and applicable deletion rights are described in our Privacy Policy and relevant provider notices.

5. Managing Your Choices

Cookie Banner and Preferences

We use Shopify’s cookie banner to present cookie choices in the regions where it is configured to appear. Where the banner is displayed, use its available controls to accept or reject optional categories or manage your preferences.

To change a previous choice, use the cookie-preference control made available by the Site. If you cannot locate or reopen the control, contact support@orabiolabs.com for assistance.

Where applicable law requires consent, optional technologies requiring that consent must not operate before it is given. Simply browsing the Site or accepting general terms does not constitute that consent.

Withdrawing consent applies to future processing based on that consent and does not, by itself, make earlier lawful processing unlawful.

Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising Choices

To submit an applicable opt-out request, visit:

Your Privacy Choices — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This control concerns the covered use or disclosure of personal information for sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. It is distinct from choosing whether all optional cookie categories may operate.

You can also contact support@orabiolabs.com concerning your privacy choices.

Browser and Device Controls

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect account, cart, or checkout functions. Rejecting optional cookies should not prevent essential shopping functions.

Choices may need to be applied separately to each browser or device. Deleting cookies may remove saved preferences, so you may need to make your choices again.

Browser cookie settings do not necessarily control pixels, server-side tracking, or other disclosures of personal information. Applicable privacy choices must also be respected for relevant processing outside browser cookies.

Email and SMS Choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us. You can stop marketing text messages by replying STOP or using another applicable method described in our Privacy Policy.

Blocking remote images in your email application may limit open tracking, but it does not necessarily prevent link-click tracking or tracking on a website you subsequently visit.

Cookie choices, advertising opt-outs, and communication subscriptions are separate controls. Unsubscribing from messages does not necessarily change your browser-cookie settings, and rejecting cookies does not automatically unsubscribe you from messages.

6. U.S. Privacy Rights and Signals

Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, you may have the right to opt out of the sale of personal information, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, or targeted advertising.

These legal definitions can cover certain advertising disclosures even when no money changes hands.

We do not sell customer lists for money. However, the advertising-related processing associated with Shopify Network Intelligence may constitute sharing or targeted advertising, and may fall within a state law’s broader definition of sale.

The relevant categories include online and customer identifiers, browsing or other electronic-network activity, product-interest information, and related marketing inferences. Transaction information may also be involved when purchases occur.

Recipients include Shopify and the advertising, personalization, and analytics partners involved in its enhanced services. The restrictions concerning SMS subscription information in our Privacy Policy apply to these disclosures.

You may exercise applicable opt-out rights through our Your Privacy Choices page or by contacting us.

An advertising opt-out does not necessarily stop all advertising. It limits the uses or disclosures covered by the request.

Global Privacy Control

Where required by applicable law, we honor valid opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), as requests to opt out of covered sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.

Shopify’s customer privacy controls support recognizing GPC in the regions covered by the configured data-sharing opt-out settings. Relevant choices are applied to covered Shopify Network Intelligence advertising uses.

Our responsibility to honor applicable opt-out requests also extends to relevant integrations and other processing under our control. A cookie notice alone does not implement an opt-out.

We apply a recognized signal to the browser or device sending it and, where required and reasonably identifiable, to the associated customer profile. You may need to enable the signal on each browser or device you use.

You do not need to create an account to submit an opt-out request. We do not require identity verification for an opt-out where applicable law prohibits that requirement.

Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit a general “Do Not Track” signal, which is distinct from GPC.

We do not treat the general Do Not Track setting as a substitute for a request through our privacy controls or a legally recognized opt-out signal. A Do Not Track setting alone should not be understood as disabling all tracking described in this policy.

This does not limit our obligation to honor GPC or another legally recognized opt-out mechanism. Use the available privacy controls or contact us for assistance.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our technologies, providers, or practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.

We will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required before introducing a use that requires it. Posting an updated policy does not replace legally required consent.

Changes do not retroactively remove rights concerning information previously collected.
