FOR LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY

Products sold on this site are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, not dietary supplements, not foods, not cosmetics, and not medical devices. They are not FDA-approved to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease, illness, or health condition. They are not for human or animal consumption under any circumstances.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Last updated: September 15, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules for accessing and using orabiolabs.com and its related account, ordering, and communication features.

The Site is operated by ORABIO LABS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Orabio Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Purpose and Scope

This policy supplements our Terms of Service, available at:

https://orabiolabs.com/pages/terms-and-conditions

It addresses website security, account integrity, lawful conduct, and responsible use of our services. Our Terms of Service govern purchases, product-use restrictions, and contractual remedies. This policy does not override mandatory legal rights or agreed order-specific commitments.

2. Permitted Use and Purchasing Eligibility

You may use the Site to review product information, evaluate legitimate research purchases, manage authorized orders, and communicate with us.

Creating an account or purchasing products requires you to be at least 21 years old and satisfy the eligibility requirements in our Terms of Service. This age requirement is our purchasing policy.

Research Materials are offered exclusively for lawful, nonclinical laboratory research by qualified personnel. They must not be consumed by, administered to, or applied to humans or animals.

You must not use the Site to arrange prohibited product uses, misrepresent research qualifications, or evade purchasing restrictions. Describing a product as “Research Use Only” does not establish its legality for a particular activity or exempt anyone from applicable law.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in, attempt, or knowingly assist the following activities:

Security and Unauthorized Access

  • Accessing another person’s account, nonpublic information, or restricted systems without authorization.
  • Stealing credentials, impersonating another user, or conducting phishing or payment-card testing.
  • Introducing malicious software or interfering with the availability, security, or operation of the Site.
  • Bypassing authentication, eligibility checks, rate limits, or other access restrictions.
  • Conducting intrusive security testing without our prior written authorization, except where applicable law permits the activity.

Accounts and Transactions

  • Providing materially false identity, affiliation, qualification, billing, or shipping information.
  • Using payment credentials without the holder’s authorization.
  • Creating or using accounts to evade a suspension, purchase restriction, or promotion’s disclosed rules.
  • Submitting fabricated records or knowingly false statements to obtain products, refunds, credits, or other benefits.
  • Using our services for unlawful transactions or to evade applicable trade restrictions.

Content and Communications

  • Sending threats, targeted harassment, spam, or unlawful discriminatory abuse.
  • Publishing another person’s private or confidential information without authorization.
  • Submitting content that infringes intellectual property rights or is otherwise unlawful.
  • Posting fabricated reviews or falsely claiming an endorsement, certification, or affiliation.
  • Impersonating Orabio Labs or making misleading product, medical, or regulatory claims on our behalf.
  • Using our public features to solicit or provide instructions promoting product uses prohibited by our Terms of Service.

4. Automation and Site Materials

Automated access must not bypass restrictions, harvest personal information, manipulate transactions, or materially disrupt the Site.

Bulk extraction, republication, or commercial reuse of protected Site content requires authorization unless permitted by applicable law. The same limitation applies to copying protected content for machine-learning datasets or model training.

Ordinary browsing, accessibility tools, permitted public search indexing, and authorized integrations remain allowed, subject to reasonable technical limits and applicable law.

You may download or print relevant product documentation for purchase evaluation, recordkeeping, and permitted internal research as described in our Terms of Service.

You must not falsify certificates of analysis, alter test results, or present modified documentation as an authentic Orabio Labs record. These restrictions do not claim ownership of public-domain information or your independently created research.

5. Honest Reviews, Complaints, and Payment Rights

Nothing in this policy prohibits honest reviews, truthful reports of product problems, good-faith complaints, lawful communications with regulators, or other protected disclosures.

We will not remove an otherwise lawful review solely because it is negative. Content moderation will be based on legitimate grounds such as spam, privacy violations, infringement, unlawful content, or promotion of prohibited product use.

We encourage you to contact us about an order or payment concern. Contacting us first is not a condition of exercising a lawful chargeback, billing-error, fraud-reporting, or other payment-dispute right.

A good-faith dispute, complaint, or negative review is not itself a violation of this policy and does not trigger an automatic penalty or account termination.

6. Responding to Violations

Where we reasonably believe a material violation has occurred, we may take proportionate action, including:

  • Requesting clarification or reasonable verification.
  • Restricting access to an affected feature.
  • Removing content that violates this policy.
  • Suspending or closing an account.
  • Declining future orders or cancelling an order where permitted by our Terms of Service and applicable law.
  • Seeking remedies supported by applicable law.
  • Responding to valid legal process or reporting suspected unlawful conduct where legally permitted.

Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to correct it. Immediate action may be necessary to address fraud, unlawful conduct, or an urgent security or safety concern.

Restrictions do not extinguish existing refund obligations, valid product claims, or other accrued rights. Cancelled, unshipped purchases will be refunded as required by our Terms of Service and applicable law.

Information used in an investigation will be handled consistently with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

7. Reporting Concerns and Requesting Review

Report suspected misuse, account compromise, or a security concern to support@orabiolabs.com.

Include relevant page addresses, dates, and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, complete payment-card details, or unnecessary personal information.

If you discover a possible vulnerability, stop any activity that could expose information or disrupt the Site and contact us. Reporting a concern does not authorize further testing.

If you believe we restricted your account or content in error, contact us with the relevant details so we can review the decision.

8. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy as our services or requirements change. Updates will display a revised date.

For material changes affecting an existing agreement, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain acceptance where required. Posting an update alone does not retroactively alter an accepted order or remove accrued rights.
